DOTANGO PARTY EVENT – REFUND & REGISTRATION POLICY

• The registration fee is fully refundable until 31 August 2025.

• After 31 August 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Registration is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be given or sold to another person without prior approval from the organization.

• The organization reserves the right to decide on the admission and attendance of participants at the event.

• The event is organized as a full weekend experience.

It is not possible to purchase single afternoons or individual evening milongas.
